This program is for the purchase of new or used, single wide or multi-sectional manufactured homes. We strive to obtain the Most Attractive Financing Package for your customer that is available on the market. We are able to do this as we have partnered with a diversified group of financial institutions. With this, we will customize the financing to meet your customer’s needs. Our Rates are very competitive and are determined by applying several factors to each loan application. Those key factors are the character of the individual, capacity to repay the loan, collateral specifications (New vs. Used, etc.), as well as the amount of down payment.
